Rob Szymanski

Rob has over 12 years experience in leading and managing various service and technology divisions, at Alphawest Services, Computer Science Corporation, Southmark Solutions, Fujitsu and Digital Equipment Corporation. His roles have included General Management, Sales Management and Channel Management. His recent substantive role was Regional General Manager (VIC/TAS) at Alphawest Services, where he was for 4 years. Rob has proven to be very successful in growing and transforming the businesses he has run and has a reputation for being an engaging leader who supports, develops and encourages his people, a leader who successfully teams with his business partners and exceeds customer expectations.

Kate East

Kate East is a creative, intuitive and talented television and events producer, and currently runs her own production company, Green Productions. Kate’s most recent works includes the launch and management of the 2011 Corporate 2020 Cricket Series, Corporate television production programs including Tourism Victoria, ATO, TAC, ACMA and several educational and promotional DVD productions.

Kate has also worked in and around NWOT since their inception in 2009 and regularly contributes to the strategy behind NWOT’s messaging, particularly that of the 10 WAVES OF TOMORROW event series.

Rob Hutchison

Rob is C.E.O. a partner in his family’s expanding company, McKenzie Aged Care Group, managing 7 facilities and 800+ staff in Melbourne & Sth East Qld, whilst continuing it’s growth by acquisition and it’s construction projects.

Rob has leveraged his prior senior executive and management experience in the IT industry in his current role. The company has a coveted reputation of leading performance in finance, care and regulatory compliance, and it exhibits a rigorous regime of governance and risk management.

During his IT years, Rob was recognised as an impressive sales executive delivering enterprise IT solutions, primarily the Banking sector. Commencing at IBM in Melbourne in 1986, Rob progressed through mainframes sales, software, SAP & ERP consulting, and managed services.
